👋 I'm Paulo Cassin. I've started my career as an embedded software engineer back in 2009, working with C and Assembly (low-level programming language).
I'm currently Head of Operational Excellence and Customer Experience at Tupi. Before that, was Senior Agile Specialist at Nubank. I'm Brazilian, born in countryside (at Americana) based in São Paulo city with my wonderful wife.
When I'm not working or doing some side hustles, I love to cook, sip a great wine, go fish with my dad and sing sertanejo music with my brothers-in-law.

Paulo Cassin is Brazilian, Head of Operational Excellence and Customer Experience at Tupi and expert in Agile Management. His appreciation for sharing knowledge and being in communities led him to speak for some companies and in the main agile conferences of Brazil. Passionate about OKRs model, he co-created the Canvas OKR, a lightweight tool to help on objectives and key results definition. He also mentored some startups, and worked at major companies in Brazil and North America, such as Nubank, PagSeguro, C&A , Natura, SAP Labs - Palo Alto and Iron Mountain - Boston.
